Training with Us

With so many vulnerable people in society, from young children to disabled adults, carers play such an important role in many families around the UK.

We believe that learning is a vital part of our professional carers journey within our organisation. We call it a journey because that is how we see our employees developing in four particular areas – Experience, Skills, Training and Qualifications.

Recruit 4 Care carer workers are expertly trained in a range of specialist areas, we are proud to be able to provide some of the most qualified and experienced live-in carers in the industry. Live-in carers provide great companionship which is especially important for those living alone. Emotional support is often as important as physical support.

We are committed to supporting our staff with carer training, learning, and development. Under our learning programme, there is less emphasis on ‘teaching’ and more value is given to a collaborative learning experience and supporting our staff through their own journey of developing knowledge, values and skills.
